Catering that connects 7 chefs

In a unique catering experience that offers an exclusive encounter, seven esteemed chefs from the Vipava Valley have come together. With their teams, the 7 chefs contribute their mastery to Vipavska Cula, crafting unparalleled dishes from carefully selected, always seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. In harmony with the seven renowned culinary houses, a new symphony of Vipava flavours is created, resonating slightly differently with each rendition but always leaving a lasting impression.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Eco Flavours of Slovenia

The networking of caterers from the Vipava Valley LAS area into a common catering service is an activity within the cooperation operation of the Local Action Groups ECO TASTE SLOVENIA, co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The seven caterers in the newly formed partnership represent the culinary characteristics of the Vipava Valley and the high-quality offer of local caterers, which is rooted in local tradition and based on locally produced raw materials that are as far as possible from organic production.
